A passenger who has purchased a ticket and wishes to cancel the journey has the right to a partial refund of the amount paid, provided that a written request is submitted to the carrier at least 24 hours before the start of the journey, along with the travel ticket.
In this case, the passenger will receive a refund of the ticket amount, reduced by administrative fees as follows:
Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded 12 hours before the departure of the route.
For a lost ticket, or a ticket returned within less than the above deadlines, or after the journey has already started, or if the passenger traveled with another carrier through their own fault, the paid amount is not refundable.
